Custom software that runs real businesses.

FIG.05 · Services
Services.
I take on a few projects at a time, on purpose. Here is the work I do best.
Custom software & consulting
Software built around how your business runs.
Custom web apps built around how a company actually works: jobs, clients, assets, billing. One system that fits your workflow and replaces the spreadsheets and disconnected tools (NovaFlow is exactly this). Want a second opinion first? I review and advise before a line of code gets written.
SaaS / MVP build
From idea to a production app that holds up.
Laravel, Livewire, and React apps built to handle real load. I have shipped fleet management platforms, e-learning systems, and inventory SaaS. Clean code, careful architecture, built to outlast the team that builds it.
AI agent integration
Automation that actually ships.
I built my own AI development agent from scratch. I know how LLMs behave in production, where they fail, and how to build reliable systems around them. If you need automation that goes past a ChatGPT wrapper, this is the work.
FIG.07 · About
About.
Senior Web Developer & Tech Lead · Athens, GR
I did not plan to become a tech lead. I just kept caring more than most about how things were built: the architecture choices that save you at 2am, the code review that stops the incident before it happens. After eleven years across freelance work, a large e-learning platform, and leading a team at Sleed, that habit has paid off.
Lately I build in two directions. A self-hosted AI stack with my own agent, Hermes, running local LLMs. And Ethereum and Web3: Solidity, smart contracts, and dApp architecture. A next chapter built on eleven years of shipping production software.

Things worth writing down.
Occasionally I write things down. These are a few that turned out to be worth reading.
The Art of Growing a Small Development Team
“Rapid hiring creates chaos. One person at a time, brought in properly, is how you build something that lasts.”
I Was Given a Job Assignment That Installed Malware
“The recruiter blocked me the moment I asked about the malicious scripts. That was all the confirmation I needed.”
Timeless Skills: Why Core HTML, CSS, JS & PHP Still Matter
“Frameworks are fun, but they're fads. Knowledge of the core stuff? That's your golden ticket.”

I am selective about new work, so when I say yes, I mean it. If you have something worth building, let's talk.
